The challenge:
After a large scale fire the client required a major rebuild. A collaborative relationship with Rushbond and Union industries was essential to ensure that the required high standard was achieved. Union Industries needed to be able to safely remain operational through the reworks, with the added pressure of Covid.
The solution:
The rebuild involved rewiring, replumbing and the installation of new windows and doors. A new roof was constructed, this involved stripping off the damaged roof and then recladding. To ensure the safety of the workers, safety nets were used. We were able to rework the existing steels, which were cleaned and then repainted. New offices were built fit with new kitchens and bathrooms. A new production area was also created. A significant aspect of the works was helping the client move to other areas of the premises.
