The Challenge

A request was received from Martech UK to purpose build their new factory at a site based in Dewsbury which is located in close proximity to their existing offices.

The Solution

Adamco commenced work at the site in April 2015, undertaking extensive ground remediation and stabilisation works to ensure the foundations were suitable for the new build factory.  Using the Adamco Team’s vast knowledge in civil engineering, work on site was progressed quickly for the client.  The next stage was the construction of a bespoke factory production facility constructed under a design and build contract working with carefully selected consultants to provide the state-of-the-art building.
